Ryan Eurglunes
Ryan discovered yoga in 2012, and the practice immediately became a huge part of his life. He soon after traveled to Rishikesh, India to begin his journey into teaching. As an athlete, Ryan was drawn to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, which deeply influences his classes today. Music also plays a huge role in Ryan's classes, with curated playlists creating a space for students to move and flow with the sound, deepening the connection to the body and the breath.
Practicing yoga has allowed Ryan to deepen his understanding of the body and mind, and create an endless story to be told. His mission is to inspire and challenge his students to build a mindful, intuitive practice that they can carry off of the mat and into the rest of their lives.
